5 tips for taking a great summer vacation

If you work in 9-5 grind, or an individual, you have to take time away from work – long, like a good 10 days or more, at least once a year, as often as possible. This means that the time needed to repair and restore the overall well being.

Sometimes I can stay home, but I set boundaries around my time and energy for screening my phone calls, spent little time on the computer, and not to accept any applications that do not support my overall health.This time spent slow mentally and physically, and do the things that make me happy and relaxed feel.
